Beachworks is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to Beachworks or Beachworks Online within 30 days — in the condition that you received it — and you will receive a full refund. After 30 days and up to 120 days we will issue a store credit THAT NEVER EXPIRES! Gift Cards are not returnable or redeemable for a cash refund unless the balance is less than $10.00, per California state law. Skateboard sales are final and cannot be returned unless damaged upon receipt.

Hassle-Free Returns and Free Shipping on Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund and within 120 days for a store credit.

  • The merchandise must be returned in original condition for resale, unless it’s defective.
  • The merchandise must be returned with manufacturer and price tags attached.
  • The original purchase receipt must accompany all returns.
  • Footwear must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside) unless defective.
  • Swimwear cannot be returned to Beachworks store locations
  • Swimwear must have original tags and hygiene liners attached.
  • Swimwear must be in original condition (absolutely no wear).

International Returns and Exchanges

  • Please contact customer care at 1-888-844-0703 or customerservice@beachworksshops.com for a return authorization number.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to provide SmartLabel® returns to international customers.
  • Fill out the return and exchange portion on the back of the invoice and enclose with merchandise
  • Use your own secure packaging or the original packaging for return or exchange
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns and exchanges

There are two ways to return:

  1. Free Returns to Stores. California Beachworks locations will accept your online return or exchange. Unfortunately, all other locations will not accept in store returns. Swimwear cannot be returned to stores. In order to receive credit on your original form of payment, you must bring the original credit card used, along with this invoice. Without the invoice, a valid ID is required to receive a merchandise credit for the current selling price instead of a refund to original payment.
  2. Return by Mail. You can return by mail two ways. The first and most convenient way to return is with our pre-paid, pre-addressed SmartLabel, which we include on the front of your packing list.

No postage is required. The cost of return shipping of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund or credit. No waiting in line. Easy United States Postal Service mailing.

There Are Four Simple Steps

  1. Complete the Return & Exchange Form on the back of your invoice and enclose with your return merchandise.
  2. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.
  3. Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed SmartLabel to your package. Cover or remove original shipping label.
  4. Drop your package in the U.S. mail, at home, at work, or at the Post Office.

The second way to return is to use your own return package. Unfortunately we are unable to offer SmartLabel® returns for packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses or other countries. If you ship a return package on your own, please use a trackable, insured shipping method using the address below:

Beachworks Online is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

Beachworks Online cannot accept COD deliveries.

*Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.*
